Tip for next time, just spend some money on some ply boards or rubber mats , stick them on the porcelain and drive the machine straight over it

Just rent a turf lifter, it would maybe take 30 min to do that whole area then roll up and take away and it would leave a cleaner finish too.

A small turf cutter would have done you there fella set it to cut just the surface grass off, £100 hire job done in no time.

turf cutter even if the ground is hard it will work if you can do it by hand then can't be that hard. what's the reason for the re turf? if the grounds hard would it not be worth digging it out.
