As someone whose family is from West Virginia and having spent my summers there growing up, the success of the propagada fed to them breaks my heart. Especially given the fact that they used to be the forefront of the labor resistance. The company store that my grandfather had to buy things with company script is still standing and they’ve already forgot what the miners fought and often died for.

A lot of far-right white conservatives have been moving to New York State and NYC over the past couple of years, the same thing is happening in South Florida. They’re really trying to manipulate and convert people. That’s why many districts in New York have actually turned red or purple in recent elections. It feels like a civil war is brewing once people finally wake up and realize what’s happening. I just pray we can stop it before it ever gets to that point. 🙏🏾🌱
