Colonies N Shoe Repair!!! The worst customer service I have ever had! The first time I went the female worker went off on me because she said she was not open yet! I stated your sign says open and you opened the door, she then reviewed her hours and when I stated I will come back when your open. She took my order. They repaired my things very nicely. I thought it was a bad day. So I went back. She called me on Friday to pick my shoes, that they had been done and I needed to pick them up! This was the first time I heard from them. I was excited explained that I had not Friday but I could on Monday, she said we are closed, get them on Tuesday. I went today to get them and got told off, about how they are a small business and people like me don’t get their stuff. I said I never received any messages from them. She then said my son text you from his phone you ignored it! I will never go back again no matter how nice the work is!!! I posted this to their sight and within minutes it was deleted!
