this is why I would never in a million years sit around for hours to watch a parade at disney. there's no such thing as saving spots etc. and it gets so messy. technically the lady isnt wrong. its not anyone's spot and you could make room but also its annoying you've been standing there and they just make their way in. they should come up with a better system

I had a family move my stroller away because they “couldn’t see” but they literally just had to wait until the parade was in view…

This happened when we brought our then 4yo to see the parade and these adults pushed us out of the front and I kept inching her into a tiny space so at least she was up front. They kept pushing her so she ended up on the box with the x where the worker stands. One of the workers who I noticed was watching us came up and asked if she wanted a way better spot and brought us to a reserved spot with benches where she would get to see everything up close and with no one getting in front of her. She was so happy and I was just relieved. Idk how adults think it’s okay to push kids out of the way. This was her first Disney trip and I was so scared they were gonna tell her that she would have to move to the back bc of the box

For the fireworks we stood behind the garbage cans right by the flower bed railings right in front of the castle. NO ONE can stand in front of us, right? We had our 3 kids and they could just see over the top of the garbage can. Stood there in the rain for two hours. Minutes before the show a women came up and sat her daughters right on the garbage cans blocking our kids view 😂

One time I literally got ran over by a woman on a motorized scooter in MK because I wouldn’t move out of her way (everyone was shoulder to shoulder to the left right AND front of me). A cast member saw it happen and escorted my family & I to a private viewing spot for fireworks

I hate that!! one time we waited for a while on a dcl cruise for a show and a mom pushed her kid in front of us and the kid stood on my sisters feet. we said mam' we are litterly standing here we don't want ur child to stand on her shoes. she told us she's short she can be there... we said no she can't stand where we are already standing.

THIS drives me NUTS. As a magic key holder, I have compassion when people don’t know how long they’ll have to wait for a good seat for something but I usually wait for hours with my boys and want them to enjoy it too, we are constantly getting pushed, moved, and sat in front of. It’s so rude

I sat somewhere indoors at Disney and 10 minutes later a lady comes over saying it was her seat AND SAT ON ME because I pointed out there were other seats.

I swear the parades and shows brings the worst out in people-I had a similar situation happen and I told the lady the space was taken in a respectful way (3 minutes before the parade started-we had been there for about 30 min….) 😬 She asked ME if I was ok😡 My response-“Yeah girl….I’m fine because I’ll be standing here watching the parade and you can take your last minute family somewhere else.😬” She left….😂

This happened to us too! 3 different huge families and we stood our ground but there was also a cast member right in front of us all that said they couldn’t fit.
