Hold the curler straight up and curl it outwards instead of holding it flat and curling it upwards

don’t just let go of your hair with the clamp when your done. make sure the wand is straight up and let it go slowly

Try holding the curling iron vertical, the clamp should face the mirror on both sides, and then turn away from your face!

noooo you’re rolling it into the clamp instead of away from it. thats why there’s a really harsh crease at the top but totally understandable and normal!
