@callikayferg: If you’ve been to (or are from!!) Ireland and this finds you, we’re looking for pub, cafe, and restaurant recs! trying to balance the must-sees and veering from the beaten path a bit too ♥️ #irelandtravel #irelanditinerary #irelandtraveltips
🗣️CLIFFS OF KERRY!! A way better view imo than the cliffs of moher, less expensive, and less people

dingle was the greatest place I’ve been local wise. Made besties with all of them they treated my fiancé like a long lost brother and we didn’t pay for a single drink the whole night they refused when tried to buy the round cannot say enough good things about the town and the people

Add in cork. As someone who went to Ireland for 10 days and spent most of the time in cork, the city is beautiful and definitely check out the UCC campus

Definitely keep in mind how much driving it takes and take the time to soak in all the spots especially dingle!! I just did this roadtrip in July and wish I had more time / did less to soak up

Walk the Gap Of Dunloe and take a boat back. It was the highlight of our trip. We booked this excursion through Gap Of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours. You won’t regret it - so amazing!

You need to do the Jameson factory! It’s better than Guinness by a mile. And I would do 2 days in Dublin.

I’d skip fish shop in Dublin because you’re going to Dingle where some of the best fish/seafood spots are. In Dingle, the Fish Box is iconic but we preferred fish and chips at The Fish Factory - no wait, no reservation necessary.

Don’t miss Muckross Abbey in Killarney! It’s free and a random place we didn’t plan that ended up being my favorite. Also biking to the Gap of Dunloe would be a lot!! I’d drive (we did) or take a jaunting car.

If you have the chance, get a train to Howth from Dublin and do the cliff walk. Plus it's a cute seaside town. Also I highly recommend Kilmainham Gaol tour in Dublin.

Ireland is beautiful. Killarney is the best. If you end up having some time you can go to the Mossy Woods nature trail. There you’ll see a waterfall of the owengarriff river and it’s very gorgeous and peaceful. The pub called the Shire was amazing as well

If you can, I would do the Jameson distillery tour and The Brazen Head for dinner. It’s the oldest pub in Ireland and the food and drinks are amazing

Definitely add in Cork. About 1.5-2 hours from Killarney. Smaller and more quaint than Dublin but the city is so beautiful you can walk along the River all through the town and check out all the lovely shops and pubs. All of West Cork is insanely beautiful too I would 10000% recommend Kinsale - beautiful coastal town

Cookie boy in Dublin is scrumptious, St Stephen’s Green is lovely, Friday afternoon/evening the bell ringers practice for hours at Christchurch Cathedral (also Leonardo Hotel Christchurch has amazing views of the cathedral)
