The flavor is bold, rich, and savory!🧂 @CHIN-SU This fish sauce marinated salmon is slightly salty and tangy, with a deep umami flavor that soaks right into the fish!🤤🤤 ✎ Ingredients: *1/2 lb salmon sashimi *1/4 cup CHIN-SU fish sauce *1/4 cup water *1 tbsp rice vinegar *2 tsp sugar *1/4 onion *2 garlic cloves *5 green onion stalks (white part only) ✎ Garnishes: *CHIN-SU Sriracha Sauce *green onions *lime Directions: 1. In a small saucepan, combine the fish sauce, water, rice vinegar, and sugar, onions garlic, and green onion stalks. Heat gently and bring to a light boil (2-3 mins), stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool 2. Place the salmon sashimi in a dish, pour the cooled marinade over the salmon 3. Cover and fridge for 10 mins to allow the flavors to infuse 4.
