@syl.eats: Let’s make some homemade chicken nuggets with added veggies and fiber that taste INCREDIBLE!! Recipe: 16 oz ground chicken 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup chopped veggies (I used carrots and broccoli) Seasonings: roasted garlic powder, garlic salt, nutritional yeast, oregano, parsley, liquid smoke 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Form your chicken nuggets and coat with your panko mixture. Spray with a little avocado oil and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 165 degrees internal temp. I flipped them after 20 minutes and cooked on the other side for 5-10 minutes to get golden and crispy on both sides. Pair with your favorite sauce and enjoy!!
