do i have vertigo? im not so much spinning but I feel like im falling back all the time. I cant concentrate and im so spaced out! only feel good when im lying down! 3 weeks its been for me

I’m so sorry 😞 I have vertigo intermittently and it’s the absolute worst. It was worse than my c-section, my gallbladder removal, and my broke arm. The only thing that worked was the eppley maneuver- went to physical therapy several times. Its relentless. Praying for you ❤️

sbener ny ini vertigo bukan sih : kambuh/muter2 ny tuh cuman beberapa menit tapi keliyengan ny sampe seharian aja kalo gua ga sampe ber hari2 (bner2 bertanya)

Feel your pain I find when I have a bad stack of vertigo I sleep propped up helps reduce the sickness and dizziness

vertigoku kumat mau merem atao melek semua muter jelas banget, bikin lambung mual dan bikin muntah.. belum bisa makan berdiri tidur juga pusing, posisi yg nyaman hanya berbaring menghadap kanan dan fokusin pandangan 😌
