@yourgrantbff: Okay…here’s the thing. With nonprofits and funding you CAN get in the “club” and there’s definitely no need to hate on others who are already inside. Here’s the difference between them and you… They became seen and were considered. A wise person told me that. In other words, the more you network, meet people and attend events with funders the more your organization will become known and they will show interest. But, if you stay on the outside of the “club” you will miss out on meeting the very person you need to get the funding that’s critical for your mission.
