It’s long but please read.  I’ve had a few people message with concern for my mental/emotional health.  . Thank you so much for checking in. I know on the outside looking in I’m all over the place. Posting like crazy and interacting then disappearing for a week then back with a mix of sad and goofy videos. I can see how it appears alarming.  . The few that know me know I struggle with deep depression and I’m also bipolar and have the tism going on as well. So if I appear all over the place it’s because I am. Those that are bipolar get it completely and can relate but for those that don’t it’s scary to watch. I mean it can be scary to live at times.  . My mood changes dramatically, sometimes several times in a day and sometimes I get several days without any extreme swings. Since starting here I’ve had weeks of manic at a time which can be bad as well but since I have far more lows than highs I try to make the best of them. That’s when you see more engagement and silliness but I can be reactive during these times too.  . I try to record a lot during manic moments because people prefer happy to sad. My current drafts range from February to yesterday and it’s a mix of happy and sad. I rarely post things I really feel so please don’t flood the comments with concern if you see a sad post. Post how you feel instead. I watch movies a lot and look up audios from those that make me laugh or feel and I record them. Nothing more. I know for some it’s too much so please unfollow if you feel uncomfortable.  . There’s nothing you can say or do to help me and no amount of talking will make me feel better. It’s a chemical imbalance in my brain and I haven’t found a medicine that helps without making me a zombie.   . If you choose to stay then enjoy the ride on the chaos train. Today’s video was meant to be silly but looking at it I realize it comes from a place of isolation. Sorry for the sad.
