its definitely not from that lol. there's 2 things that causes that. one its the bonding from the front lens to the housing and two there are o-rings, rubber gasket either from the bulb or the access cap to replace the bulbs are either worn, not installed correctly, or missing.

came here to say just that. im a carpenter that's a mechanic hobbyist. I know a thing or to about drainage. it will always get it. best you can do is make sure it can get out.
