Landed a job within my industry that has a great culture & coworkers! I don't have much experience in this particular role but applied for it thinking it'd be great learning/upskilling on the base knowledge I do have. 2wks in I've realised it's just not where my strengths are as it's heavy on accounts/finance and I'm not a numerical person 😬 My brain switches off when they try to explain an accounts process to me. Not sure if I should stick it out for longer or not...

Yes this is exactly it. Often big company names don't live up to expectations so it's about the role, compensation, team and environment
