Do you worry about the lot rent going up every year ?? That would be a concern for me. It’s been difficult for me to find lots east of Dallas that you can place a tiny home on. So many restrictions especially in gated communities. I want one for a weekend getaway.

I would love it but my husband had to buy a huge home with a huge yard and he still works full time just to pay for all of this living paycheck to paycheck and we’re 65!
