I struggle with kidney stones so bad. My urologist has me on potassium citrate and told me to avoid anything with citrus or spicy. I try to do as she says but now I’m wanting to live off crystal light and lemon tea to see if it helps.

the last time I went to the emergency room for a kidney stone the attending physician told me to become a big fan of homemade lemonade and pineapple juice. Haven't been back to the ER since 🥰
