gives me flashbacks to when I was a kid and the teacher thought I couldn't read because I wouldn't read out loud and my mom was called in. (I could read but the teacher always said "would you like to read out loud for me?" and I always went "no thank you" my mom was like stop giving him an option to say no and he will read)

my cousins teacher said driving manual is best for young adults so they have to pay attention to all the things happening on the road. she then proceeds to tell the teacher that was wrong because she saw her cousin(me) eating a hamburger and french fries no hands on the wheel driving a manual. she or I didn't get in trouble, but damn... giving away all of my trade secrets

Ok but we do love that he’s learning to set boundaries & that will help in the long run. My kiddo is 12 & is audhd with PDA & you absolutely cannot make that kiddo do anything that is not their choice.
