Highly recommend a life jacket where he can practice moving his arms 😊 I had my three year old in a puddle jumper since last year and didn’t realize it was impacting her learning. Happy to have switched this summer and starting to teach her to use her arms to swim 😊😊 no judgement at all haha just realizing this with my daughter and thought I’d share
