@itsbigkilah: The hardest part of healing isn’t the workouts or the self-care..it’s just getting through it. And sometimes, getting through it alone. I catch myself crying out of nowhere… at home, on the treadmill, and tonight, I broke down in the sauna 😩😩😩😩 But even in those moments, I try to find some humor, some way to keep moving and be productive. TBH to shake that shit off so I won’t crash out….I’ve been strong this whole time, rarely giving myself the space to be fragile. I don’t know exactly what God is preparing me for, but I’m doing my best to stay open and receive it. One day, this season will make sense. For now… I just keep going. 💔✨
