Die japanische Bahn hat das "Zeigen und laut ansagen" zum Sicherheitsprinzip entwickelt. Auch ein Zugführer zeigt z.B. auf den Tacho und sagt laut die Geschwindigkeit. So wird die volle Aufmerksamkeit auf das Detail fokussiert. Das machen die sogar, wenn völlig unbeobachtet. An belebten Bahnsteigen gibt es Bahnmitarbeiter, die vor Einfahrt des Zuges das Gleisbett kontrollieren und ihren Blickweg mit Handbewegung und Ansage für sich unterstützen. Es gibt praktisch keine Unfälle im Bahnverkehr an den Gleisen.

I'm sure I've seen the drivers have certain things they have to do when passing signals and speed restrictions similar for safety reasons. Thought it was a good idea
