To be fair, when someone wears that attire with a helmet walks into the store, 9 out of 10 times, (or I would even argue it is more), the person is a robber. Is it fair to judge a person based on appearance? No. So we can be a little considerate to our surroundings, you can do your part to not let people be afraid of you. The store manager is also in his right to flag out dangerous person he sees. If argued in court, a good lawyer can probably argue in the store manager’s favor
