The second cop is super aggressive and assuming that he is drunk cuz he crashed!!! Let me tell you if a spider was crawling on my face I would hop out with it still driving!!!!! MY FACE!!!!! I freak out if there is a bug in the car and not on me and it was ON HIS FACE!!!!! Why is the second cop acting like that isn’t a natural reaction

Always tell them you want to blow a breathalyzer test. Your not likely to pass a field test, and at least with a breathalyzer, you will get your alcohol level measured for your defense if you have been drinking, and hopefully you are under the legal limit.

Literally stopped yesterday to help a girl who stopped her car in the middles of the road and jumped out because there was a spider in her car. I got it out and set it free 😂 Spider phobia is real for some ppl lol

yeah, field sobriety tests are a trap. you are literally helping the cop to build up "evidence" that you are impaired based solely on their feelings instead of facts. always say no to the field sobriety and offer to blow or submit a blood sample

Just give him the little blowy thingy. I got pulled over during spring break and they started giving me field sobriety test. I couldn’t concentrate because two seagulls were doing their thing behind officer. So I pointed that out to him. I asked if I could just blow in the thingy, and instead he said I was free to go. He was trying to keep a straight face 😂🤣.
