If u call the council and tell them that u have 6 people in your household they will issue u a bigger bin , well that’s what my council do.

Instead of 2 bins they will issue a bigger bin with there been 6 in the household that’s what they do where I live I e not known anyone with 2 general waste bins as with recycling it reduces your waste 😊

charging £53. 00 to empty garden bin, the bins where I am in sheltered housing haven't been emptied for 3 weeks now have a fly infestation and maggots coming out of the bins want the residents to take extra waste the tip and get charged for it so not doing it
