Wrong he can record anything he can see from public property aka the sidewalk. Recording the inside of someone’s house standing on there property isn’t the same as standing on public property recording. Not to mention illegal search and seizure for his id

As a leo they violated his rights. In addition he says pat him down for an ID. That is an illegal search not a pat down. His comparison of looking through a window is wrong as the person was not tresspassing. This city will be paying for this action.
