Fun Fact, Pennie’s are legal tender and MAY be accepted form of payment but government agencies can restrict how it is paid, such as Pennie’s must be rolled, or the person paying must remain at the office until it is counted or they can also restrict how the bill is paid or if coins are going to be used they can restrict the time they are accepted. Absolutely not a free for all. So I’d have him stand there and count and start over anytime he walks away etc.
