I honestly get lightheaded for about 30 mins after I out mine on, that same thing that happens when you’re blowing up balloons. So much more oxygen! I sleep so much better now, they also help keep you from getting overly congested, my nose turns into a water faucet sometimes but at least I can breathe 😬🤷🏻♀️
