To add more insult, they came out to spray for bugs. Do you think they subtracted the 88 dollar service fee from the “credit” No. No they did not. They charged her credit card on file. I disputed the charges. And of course they won’t let you speak to a supervisor. I’ve been waiting since Monday. And no one has called me back about today’s issue either.

Sketchy company. Darrick Douglas took advantage of my elderly mother. She has been with this company for 26 years. When she signed up to have her house sealed. She specifically said she wasn’t going to add the service after the 2 years were up. He sent through a 235 fee for the year 2027 service anyway to the finance company. The finance company paid Terminex and now she has a 235 credit for a service she didn’t want. And has to pay interest on that service. I’ve spoken with customer service and they agree with me but there was nothing they could do since it already went to finance. I also asked for the office manager to call me and that’s been 3 days. Avoid terminex.
