I've struggled with Major Depressive Disorder for 38 years, and Trintellix is the only drug that has helped. It didn't do a lot for my brain fog, but it stopped the SI and helped my mood.

I was on it for 3 months at 5mg now, 3 months at 10mg and currently at 10mg. I honestly think its a great antidepressant, I had zero side- effects! I have been feeling amazing on it and have experienced improvement congtive aspects like foucs, mood, mental sharpness etc.. I highly recommend it over the other antidepressants

I was put on Vortioxetine, but it gave me terrible itchy skin, I felt like I had insects under my skin, so I had to come off it.

I was on 20 mg of Trintellix for 2 years. It worked great for me. Side effect: headache and nausea.

Been on it 5 years and my doc wanted to taper me off onto Effexor and had me drop from 20 to 10 in a week then from 10 to 5 in a week and ended up in the ER from severe discontinuation syndrome
