Day 1: Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs + Roasted Veggies 4 chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced/ 1tbs minced garlic 1 tsp paprika 2 cups chopped carrots and baby potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Use same seasoning for veggies and meat Method: Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and paprika, Thyme and parsley Toss carrots and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, thyme, parsley and paprika ; spread on a tray.
