I log EVERYTHING I do. Then I make a report at the end of the week. Same for monthly and quarterly’s. Always have your back covered. also helps with performance reviews. Let me know if you want my template:)

Unpopular opinion: don’t be a top performer. They’ll start giving you more work to do because they know you’re capable but won’t give you more money for it. Trust me I’ve lived this experience. Do well enough to be recognised, stay for 2 years, bank in the recommendations and move.
