can I ask what age she was when she stopped napping? my daughter is 19 months and in the same boat, naps leading to later bedtimes, but absolutely exhausted by 5pm!

if I try to send her to bed early she messes around and takes her a while to sleep but if I send her to bed between 8-9pm she goes straight to sleep

Fia is the same age and has no nap, we do 6:30 in bed but if she’s super tired we go earlier and she’s always asleep within 5 mins 🥰

Oh my, my heart melted when she said you are her best friend 😭 my son falls asleep at 22-22.30, he still has is afternoon nap and we eat at 7pm, hevs usually up by 7 30 am

8.30-9 and she has a 30-40 min nap at home but doesnt have one at the childminder most days. Wake up at 7.15-7.30. My daughter was 2 in March

if mine goes to sleep at 7 with no nap she wakes up at 3am for 2 hours and then goes back to sleep. absolute nightmare as only other option is a 30 min nap and a 9pm bedtim
