You’ve already carried so much, and none of this is your fault. Im sure you’re staying upright after eating, and separating food from fluids — little shifts that can ease nausea. Do you think the temperature of the water if you drink tepid water versus cold might be helpful.

I have gastroparesis caused by a dr damaging the nerve and OMG I have hyper fixation meals that work for me and then boom all of a sudden it makes me sick and I don’t want it . End up admitted nonstop for electrolyte replacement have had a port in for 9yrs now and no answers other than wanting to remove my stomach completely at some point . Unless someone else has the same issue they don’t get it and the food noise is so loud because I want something but I don’t feel hungry but I want it and then I know I’ll pay for it … I’m so sorry you are going through this but you ate strong and are bringing awareness to such a big issue! 💜💜
