For the last one, there is a setting under Time & Language > Date & Time called “Show seconds in system tray clock”. (If you don’t feel like messing with RegEdit)

I may be misremembering, but I swear there is an option in the time settings that can enable or disable seconds (negating the need to navigate the registry). But I could be mistaken.

These are all good - but instead of registry look at applying these to the local group policy. (Even off domain). This then lets you see the changes you have made

WaitForIdle is really good with fixing startup apps. even on high end cpus startup apps take up to a minute to actually launch which is especially annoying for system tray apps like RGB controllers, discord, spotify, etc. Setting WaitForIdle to 0 will instantly launch the startup apps which makes the windows launch a lot snappier. also it might make windows hello more responsive
