Watched the whole thing. The media loves an “unexpected” study finding. Francesca Gino is another good example although her fraud (while still very serious) pales in comparison to this student’s.

econ is a religion, mostly. it's a religion built off the faith in the valuation of competing currencies. obviously that valuation is mostly backed by military, but there are other underlying factorss too. The entire system is vibes, and both affect the same regions of the human brain. terror management theory makes this make more sense.
