I'm like 90% sure that the white pages are the novella "Sixth of the Dusk" which was in the Arcanum Unbounded and the black pages is the continuation of that story Isles of the Emberdark. I haven't gotten mine yet so I'm not positive.

sanderson never disappoints with his special editions. didnt realize the pages change color but it makes sense as all the other secret projects have indicators as to character locations and/or progression of the stories on at least the chapter headers(tress the chapter header changes color and symbol depending on where the characters are. sunlit the symbol of the planet changes where in its orbit it is around the star. Yumi the chapter headers change between yumi chapters(rock stack) and painter chapters(bamboo paintings) but they also get more built up and expanded as the story progresses)
