Interesting to learn they've gotten worse, when my last was in pampers 11 years ago i had to use 2 at a time to prevent leaks and it wasn't enough so i switched to cloth...

One of the best brands I've ever used. They've never harmed my baby. I've used it since he was born. Other brands have damaged his skin, even burned him. But thanks @Pampers to my life and that of my babies, he's changed.

This was posted by my sister. In May 2025, I reached out to Pampers regarding a contaminated diaper from a brand-new box. They sent us a prepaid card as compensation, but unfortunately, the card did not work: Today, we went to two stores-first one told us it only works at Safeway, but when we tried it at Safeway, the cashier said the card is not working. I called Pampers customer service again, and was told I now have to wait another 10-15 days for a replacement card before I can use it as the initial mailed card is suspended for some reasons. This has been very inconvenient-time, effort, and gas wasted. It's disappointing, especially as a new mom already dealing with postpartum depression. Pampers, you can do better than this. Families deserve fair treatment and support in times like these.
