I mean 3+ years expired is absurd. You also did not have to drive that car when you have 7 others to pick from that you could have gone in to pick up the new registration. Ice t wanted special treatment 🤷🏼♂️

I was a cop for 23 years I would let anyone go if they had the paperwork indicating they were headed to the DMV. Expired license and not suspended probably let them go too if I really thought the were headed to the DMV
