it is 100% valid for people to be annoyed with life circumstances, doesn’t meant she’s gonna let this ruin her mood everyday but yes it’s frustrating to watch people have things handed to them and take it for granted when you have to grind for it

Exactly how i felt when i was 17 , a junior in highschool working 3 jobs, school full time trying to save up for a car and small bills when kids were getting cars handed to them

From my experience, 12 years later after college. Turns out a lot of them were taking out excessive loans. I did what you're doing, and it teaches you discipline, and not getting into all that debt has allowed me to buy a house, travel to 30+ countries, have paid off cars, invest.. it's gonna pay off!

i honestly sometimes feel so much guilt. i respect you because your earning it I feel I haven’t earned anything because i’ve been given everything. I often feel like I don’t deserve the life i’ve been given but I am very greatful

starting school i had to work overtime to afford my laptop, everyone else had a brand new mac book because they’re parents actually cared ab making them academically successful. i’ll forever say school is easier when you have support

I love how ppl make it out to be bad that other ppls parents have done well enough to give their kids good lives. Sorry my parents worked hard? I’d assume we would all do the same for our children if that was an option. (Not saying they should be partying or wasting money) it’s just crazy it’s looked at this way when someone’s parents are successful enough to give their kids a good life.
