I'v been telling people to sun gaze and sun bathe to collect that light ray energy to help the manifestation process🤔, it helps with visualization, being able to see in vivid detail. it puts you in the frequency literally creating a detailed visualized scenery in your imagination. best used a few hours before you get up for you day. after you've successfully collected enough sun light (may take days depending on how much life force or light ray energy you already have stored) then set your alarm for 2 or more house before the start of your day, once you awaken from your alarm your brain will be in the receptive state (sensitive to reprogramming). lay in a comfortable position but don't fall asleep and avoid moving around, clear your mind and focus on your desired reality as if the desired reality exist in the now (present) and embody thoughts and emotions (how would it feel if it was true, what thoughts would you have?) to help guide you to the proper scenery. eventually you'll see your frequency often resembles the reflected waves of light within moving water. these frequencies will open like a portal and create the lucid reality you prefer to experience. this will help empress the subconscious for the proper shift to happen automatically. remember the sun watches everything, everywhere, all the time, that data is collected in the river of consciousness to which everyone has access to. 💯
