His boss IS NOT CHAD BIANCO. Jesus people, read the article. He works for Menifee Police. Not in ANY WAY apart of the sheriffs department. He was investigated, arrested, and charged BY the sheriff’s department. So no, Chad Bianco isn’t “covering” for him. He is also an LAPD transplant. Good Lord.

All these comments about Chad Bianco, so misinformed. This Officer worked for a small police department. Chad Bianco’s agency is the one investigating the officer and recommended charges. Which would mean Chad Bianco is holding this officer accountable. Some of you people ..need to read a book.

News reports state it was a Menifee police officer who was arrested. Riverside Sheriff Bianco’s dept was asked to help in the investigation. They confirmed it was Pesina a police Officer from Menifee. It is sad when Law Enforcement abuse their power but make sure you report it correctly.

You can’t covince this isn’t propaganda to scare people away from Chad as governor when you fail to mention it was a MENFIEE CITT police officer NOT RIVERSIDE COUNTY SHERRIFS DEPUTY, meaning it did NOT happen under Chad Blanco’s watch because it wasn’t one of his officers. Further the officer was arrested but that does not mean charged or found guilty. The purpose of admin leave is because police (amongst many other public service careers) can have a higher likelihood of people making up claims against those people in order to sue the city or agency, so they have admin leave in place which ensures they get paid while investigating if it’s a legitimate claim or not, and conduct an IA and independent investigation AND that pay is owed back if they are found guilty

Ma’am how about you differentiate between “an officer in riverside county” to “a Menifee PD officer”. Those are 2 separate agencies. Bianco does not oversee Menifee PD. The question should be at the Menifee PD chief not Bianco.

City police departments are a waste of taxpayer money - a study done by the WSJ shows that it is more expensive to have a city police department than to just have county sheriff station. Cities will have their own PD just to have more control and get away with corruption. Menifee is a MAGA town, wouldn’t expect any less from their PD
