I loved that one! I chose a memory of me as a toddler with my grandparents..they were taking over raising me when my parents were divorcing. They loved me in contrast to the chaos and rejection and abandonment I was feeling around my parents. I just went into the memory and sat on the floor and let her come to me and I held her and stroked her back while she cried. Just let her release her upset and accepted, contained, comforted. It was a nice inner connection ^^💕💯
