Have you tried a bowl of shredded cheese? My toddler loves a snack or “helping” I’ll give him a bowl and spoon with flour and a cup of water to let him go crazy! While it makes a massive mess, we are both much happier this way.

I got a cooking stool and put my son on there to mix cold water in a bowl. He makes a mess but I get what I need done and he thinks he’s helping ❤️

Get a toddler tower!! Start trying to involve them in cooking with you or even just so they can watch what you’re doing from higher ground. They just want to see what you’re doing, try to “slow down” and take the time to have them try to help. Even if they’re not actually helping, you can give them some food to “cut up” with some plastic utensils off Amazon. It could be a world of difference. 1/2
