I absolutely love eating raw corn! The best thing ever! I grew Silver Queen corn and probably ate most of them raw. The absolutely best!

we use to. I grew up on a farm so we'd husk it and eat it. no different then eating raw carrots or green beans from the garden

I love it too! It's just two of us, so I just cut the end off and leave them unshucked. Then I wrap them in a paper towel and put them in the microwave. They come out perfect. And all the silks come off too.
