Honestly my iPhone 15 pro looks worse on videos zooming in to things that are not even far from me . So this is way better than mines 🥹

yeah the camera isnt amazing, i always take pictures or video in either night mode or pro mode cus I feel they look better & ive heard people say to use ultra at 30fps but I havent tried that

You should zoom in first before you take the video, and on a fix zoom like 3x 5x or 10x to get a good footage
