Add a fear system where the higher your street cred is or the more cyberware you have, then enemies will react differently, such as running away during combat and throwing their weapon at you. Allies will also notice you rising in the merc world.

make things a choice, maybe V could go to Evelyn as a alternative after Konpeki plaza, to go the route hinted at lizzies to dump Dex, as a optional alternative ply through, and this time if you take this route Jackie keeps the shard in, flt lines, and gets resurrected with Johnny in his head, and V's Mission then becomes finding a cure for Jackie, whole alternative narrative would be nice, and would add in more realism and emersion from a RPG, give us more freedom of choice, rather than forced narrative

the auto drive feature feels like a commentary on real life self-driving cars. works ok in the bad lands results in being wanted by the cops in the city proper
