Just use one tablespoon of yogurt per liter. It will set better and not have too much whey separation. Also if you try to boil your milk first you won’t need to strain it as it will set in the fridge thicker like store bought Greek yogurt than nonboiled milk.

i suggest to heat the milk pa rin if you want thicker consistency. tried heating it and mas thicker yung consistency ng yogurt. whichever works best for you hehe.💗💗

I used to make my yogurt 15 years ago, and it can eventually tend to be a hassle vs the convenience of store-bought, unless you really have time. The strained "water" is actually WHEY PROTEIN, so maximize use by adding to your drinks and shakes to amp the protein content. 🥰
