Hi do you know whats the point off that they seal the taxfree bags for foreigners when you buy from a taxfree shop?? Because they refund you the discount directly so what happens if you open those bags before you leave japan after getting refunded in the shop ??

Thank you! Wish I had known this last April when my feet were in so much pain which never happened before and bad allergy attack in kyoto. Has anyone else experienced this Kyoto? Once i was back in Tokyo i felt better.
