I use to tell them to get off property or catch a case of the 2nds. now, I make them waste a couple hours answering questions, and then tell them to get off property after wasting their time.

This happens. the real test is how it’s handled after they sign up and someone in their family fills them in. It happened to me in roofing. the guy knew all the correct information and spoke clearly. His wife was shocked he knew his contact info when she called me. I canceled his contact after speaking with her.
