It might have to do with timing also. Many hiring managers are now free from the budgeting process and can focus on hiring. Also, they want to get the hiring done before the holiday months kick in.

LinkedIn premium got me a job because you are literally able to notify an employer if they are one of your top choices when I got an interview that was cited as a main reason why they picked me out of lots of other resumes it’s a scam for price but
