The owner is an asshole!!! They are bad in my neighborhood too. No matter how many times you post video footage, you still see them stand there while their dog shits and not even pretend to pick it up.

It's not that hard to pick up dog poop. I've had several neighbors tell me "You're the only one I see picking up their dog's poop." It's a shame.

When my dog came into my life, I specifically bought a leash & collar set that has a poop bag dispenser hanging by a carabiner by the leash handle. And I LOVE to make hostile eye contact with dog owners who aren’t picking up the poop.

I remember that day, it wasn’t funny. I agree with you someone(s) there are devoid of common-sense and commonly cave-era related. With proof they should be heavily fined and exposed the hell with their privacy rights.
