He commited a misdemeanor offense and obstructed an investigation on a criminal matter. Noise violation and or disorderly (other possible charges with threatening the others that asked him to turn the music down. In my state you cannot pursue into the residence unless it’s in fresh felony pursuit. Policing isn’t pretty but it’s need to be done these officers didn’t violate any constitutional rights and did their job.
